Ms. Kong goes to SE Asia

While my main occupation is being a teacher, I most accurately identify myself as a lifelong learner. A passion for learning, willingness to make mistakes as part of the process, and maintaining a sense of wonder is what I strive to model for my students as well as my own children. Travel is one of the best ways to develop these skills and broaden one's world view. This blog is my attempt to share what I've learned, the mistakes I've made, the people I've met in my travels as well as the joys and struggles along the way. Since I could not physically bring all my students and family members along on this adventure, I hope to provide a virtual field trip to some of the amazing places we visited. Shout out to the outstanding students and stellar staff at Lincoln Elementary, Madison, WI!
